this is your time to work on the things that are most important to you. some options could be: - learn the do's + don'ts of any of the yoga poses your curious about - work on a certain pain or limitation you've been dealing with - have your very own quiet time doing yoga, tailored to exactly what you want...from kind of class, pace of flow, type of music, poses you can't get enough of...you name it, you create it - increase overall endurance, range of motion, strength and/or balance to allow you to keep doing the things you love to do - dig into why we do the poses in a certain way, any where from anatomy to biomechanics to emotional well-being...you decide what the focus is and how much

Cancellation Policy

sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. sessions that are cancelled without at least 24 hour notice will be charged the full session fee. max. of two people in a private session for the $65. if you'd like more people please contact me for creating a personalized group yoga session.
