I live for the details and this yoga refinement session is all about the details. We'll take your existing yoga practice and gently polish it, focusing on precise alignment, your most effective breathwork, and subtle shifts you can apply to a variety of postures. Think of it as a tune-up for your flow, leaving you feeling more grounded, balanced, and confident in your poses.
Cancellation Policy
sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. sessions that are cancelled without at least 24 hour notice will be charged the full session fee. sessions will be held at 124 North Main Street, Brooklyn, MI - unless other accommodations are requested
