what bodywork is right for you?
my bodywork focuses on retraining your fascial system—rooting everything in posture, pelvic health, and breath to help you move with more ease. while my offerings overlap, there’s a few key differences: express myofascial release (MFR) sessions are passive, restorative, and focused on the hands-on aspect of care. MFR is designed to soothe your nervous system and improve tissue pliability, providing an immediate sense of openness and increased range of motion. in movement design sessions the primary goal is to retrain how your brain and body communicate with each other. these sessions are active, retraining your fascial system by subtly shifting habitual daily movements. while we may incorporate MFR to support the process, the focus is to retrain the way your brain and body communicate with each other so that you feel more at home in your body. moving with strength, confidence and ease is a practice, not a quick fix. I offer bundled session packages because consistency is the most important factor in retraining your fascial system to help you stay committed to your long-term goals.
