EXPLORE WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK TOGETHER HERE

Brooke Frontiera, occupational therapist offering myofascial release in Brooklyn, MI

what bodywork is right for me?

my bodywork focuses on retraining your fascial system—rooting everything in pelvic health, breath, and posture to help you move with more ease. while both offerings overlap, they are a bit different. myofascial release (MFR) is more passive and restorative; it’s designed to soothe your nervous system and improve the pliability of your tissues, giving you that immediate sense of openness and increased range of motion. movement design is more active, asking you to think and move as we shift habitual postures to build fascial endurance—the key to feeling strong and resilient. whether we’re melting tension or redesigning how you move, these offerings truly shine when used together as part of a consistent, long-term training practice to help you feel more at home in your body.
