Service Description

in this 1 hour session I will use assess your current movement patterns, posture + alignment to see how your moving in your day to day routines + find what might be causing you pain and discomfort. by watching the tiny details of how you sit, stand, walk, reach for things and breath, thru 12 different assessments, I will be able to identify which fundamentals of movement are a hurdle for you moving how you were designed to. after the session is over I will create you a move-board [plan] on the specific yet subtle shifts you can make to start moving with more ease. the interconnected nature of the human body means gentle improvement in one area can have a ripple effect thru out the whole body. you can use this move-board plan to DIY mobility/workout routines on your own or you can book movement design sessions where we will use this plan to help you reconnect back to your body + finally get clarity on why you move + feel the way you do.
